London is a premier college athlete, a young man who competed in football, basketball, track-and-field, and powerlifting.

'London is a tackling machine for the Bobcats... College linebackers with a lot of production sometimes have underwhelming NFL Draft film, but that is not the case with London. London takes good angles to the ball and uses his power to take on climbing offensive linemen and send them back where they came from. London not only excels in defending the run but is very good in pass coverage. The Bobcats play a lot of zone coverage, and London takes excellent depth in his drops and shuts down the middle of the field”- PJ Green, Pro Football Network

Yeah I love seeing UDFA types make the roster too. Last year was fun in that way, maybe this year will give us a couple guys.

But here's the guy I think has the best shot of the bunch because of his return skills:

"Electric" Earnie? Let's hope so!

IDK...Ever since Demby I've soured on the Black Bears of Maine.

Well your boy should get another shot this season, assuming they get to have a camp. Never know, maybe he's been squatting his ass off and he's a brick shithouse now like SJD.

And btw I really like Web but he's more "secure" than "special" in his return game. Which is valuable. But yeah I want to see some fireworks on punt returns what can I say. :)

I'm with Memphis on this one. This kid is legit and has a chance to make this team. IMO he's better than the ILB they drafted Clay Johnston. He's got exactly the skill set they want in their LB's. Johnston has marginal speed to play the position. He's basically the same as Littleton in that he's strictly a zone coverage LB.

Christian Rozeboom has sideline to sideline speed and has shown he's a force inside. He's got coverage skills that Johnston lacks. I like Johnston, but in terms of talent, Rozeboom has a higher ceiling, and IMO can be a much better backup to Kiser or Young. He also might take Reed's spot on the roster as he is better in coverage. The Ram's seemed to favor speed and versatility before they drafted Johnston. On the other hand, Rozeboom fits the scheme better than Johnston. Obviously, Rozeboom was on their radar so why Johnston over Rozeboom? Because of his small school? Regardless if Rozeboom doesn't make at least the PS I would be surprised.

Rozeboom is a developmental player to be sure but so are everyone taken in the 6th & 7th round as well as the UDFAs. What you look for is physical traits and natural athleticism for the position. Rozeboom checks a lot of those boxes. It's his overall athleticism that gives him IMO a higher ceiling than Johnston whom I see as strictly an early 2 down ILB. I feel that Rozeboom has the talent to be able to become a 3 down LB in a couple of years while providing decent backup service.

What I like about him is his quickness, not only in his get-off but in his reads. He can play both man and zone coverage schemes. I've watched a few scouting vids provided by a friend that I can't share here but here is a public domain interview with highlights.

I thought 4.84 at 246 for an ILB was ok but you might be right.

Agree about the ‘depth’ comment but with Kiser, Young and Howard at the top of the depth chart, there’s opportunity.

Bituli is a between-the-tackles banger. Hits very hard.

Happy to see what he can do but 4.84 is not fast for a LB, not in our scheme anyway. And I'm still a little confused how we are willing to take a risk on medical here but won't take a look at Woodward. I still can't see that he has signed anywhere so maybe his ills are not worth the risk but it wouldn't cost much to have a look and the upside may pay dividends in the long run.

Woodward is reportedly evaluating whether or not to continue playing football. Somebody said he's considering medical retirement.

I hope so. I read a couple of scouting reports that he does not move laterally very well....ie, picking up a blitzer in the "A" gap.

I evaluated Cabral, and I wasn't a fan, FWIW.
