Bell sit behind his block for about 3 seconds he can do that because his lineman can hold their blocks for that long. Our lineman on the other can barely hold there block at the snap let alone enough for Gurley to wait for a lane to open

No doubt. There was many times where Gurley had the time but bulldozed behind his offensive lines back instead. Gurley should improve this coming year. We can agree on that.

Here's my take on which starters are on the thinnest ice...

GRob followed closely by Tavon.

Most of us have thrown in the towel on GRob. Certainly as a LOT.

But Tavon needs to step it up big time in '17 or his ass is out the door. His contract was wisely structured by Demoff in such a way as to make this doable.

I suspect that McVay will give him every chance in the world this year, but, unlike Fisher, results will be expected. Make that demanded. There will be precious little tolerance for drops, poor adjustments, sloppy rotes, etc.
