Ty is 1" under the so-called "minimum" QB Height threshold. 6'2" has been seen as the somewhat shortest a QB can be whilst being a superstar. Montana, Warner, Rodgers and Mahomes are 6'2". However, in recent years, in new-age 21st Century Offense, with the Quarterback acting more as a "point-guard" distributor, we've seen 6'1" Quarterbacks come along and thrive. These would be Purdy, Nix, Caleb. And Baker falls into this height class as well. Shorter QB's need to compensate with their brain and legs, while having a strong enough arm, and thats what we're all counting on with Simpson.
