Funny you said that. Warren didn't wear it during the day when fishing, but he did put it on when we were cleaning the boat at the end of the day... Somehow the damn thing came off his finger. I heard this loud metal clanging noise... it was his ring bouncing off the bottom of the boat THANK GOD. He did say that that had never happened before.

Dude, these pics are amazing and unbelievably crisp.

Not a fan of Warren Sapp the TV personality, but I can imagine he's a great fella in your realm and outside of his.

He's a very cool cat and a load of fun to have around. The stories were endless. He's one hell of a fisherman too.

Funny thing about my hat that day... I wore one of my favorite Ram hats and told Warren it was just for him. That was Tuesday and that tropical storm was blowing like crazy still (winds were 20 mph). Well, halfway through the morning and strong blast of that wind sent my hat flying into the deep blue. Sapp got a big kick out of that as you can imagine.

Sapp would have preferred us to wear cowgirl gear anyway. He's a diehard cowgirl fan. It was cool to see a player like him have the same fanatical fandom as we do. Hahaha

He told me about the time that he told Warner's wife... "I love your husband". Hahahahahahaa

Proudly explained to me how he beat the hell out of our interior offensive line back in the day. He named all of our linemen by name.

He's a Dallas cowgirl fan. He freaking loves them. Very disturbing. :snicker:

He really likes Fisher and Snead. Had high praise for both of them.

Don't forget that he used to work with Snead's wife (before they were married) at the NFL Network. He told me that he used to answer her cell phone sometimes because it was laying right in front of both of them and say to Les... "I KILLED THE RAMS". Les would scream... "SAPP" and start laughing.

Sapp also worked with Martz. He said that he always called him the Silver Fox.
