Any word what was going on with Gurley today? I know Fox reported nothing was wrong, but I think something is up. Anyone hear anything about his condition, etc? We definitely need him.

He's fine and will be fine. Just some nerves early on. Aside from his TD run it looked like CJ gave the team the best chance to succeed. Gurley is one of my favorite players but I'll take a victory regardless of who's on the field.

Idk about this.... Last game gurley sat out alot too... Even in key situations. Something is fishy about this. You just dont basically "bench" the best or 2nd best RB in the league thqt you just gave a 40-50 (or whatever he makes) mill contract...

In regards to last week Mcvay said it was based on conditioning, Gurley did miss basically a month of practice and playing time. Gurley didn't look right even when the ball was in his hands but I still think it was nerves. 2 drops and the 2nd was as easy as it gets. He'll bounce back next week.

Though he was on the bike, which is usually a sign.

I can see that but to me you do what it takes to win even if it means you have to roll without your best player because he isn't at his best this day. Love Todd Gurley and we not me and you could see it in his face when Legatron hit the fg.

I still stand by my prediction that his knee gets scoped for scar tissue in the offseason

I seem to remember Gurley dropped a pass or two in the playoffs last year early. I think he will be fine. We need him in our backfield.

You guys need to stop with that. Gurley had a bad game early, he's human. Saints did a good job vs the run, we had to win it with the passing game.

Get off his nuts.

He didn’t get his 4th carry until early 4th quarter. Something is definitely up. CJ had a couple good runs early but got pretty much locked up the rest of the way. Barely cracked 3 ypc. If Gurley was healthy he woulda been getting the ball, or at least been out there.

The thing is CJ wasn’t really playing all that much better. Todd had the 2 drops but CJ wasn’t really running all that great either. He was at like 11 carries for 38 yards at one point.

Your best offensive player has an off day and you still win the game this is how teams win championships, it's a team effort. Look at the Chiefs T. Hill is neutralized by the Pats and they are not able to overcome.
