Here is a "Quote of the Day" for you! In a post game interview Gurley told Michael Irvin ".. We are just concentrating on one game at a time .. Next week we are going to Whip your Cowboy's!!!" Man I loved hear him pit it to Irvin!!(y):yess:

I will take my crow smothered in buffalo wing sauce and a side of blue cheese please. I was flat wrong about Gurley. Kid has shown more heart and determination in these three games then I saw from all his games prior.

Looks like all that jug machine practice during training camp is paying dividends! I never doubted him.

As awesome as Gurley was... and he was... he seemed to be running harder. Running harder implies higher degree of effort. That shouldn't change from week to week.
So, I hope that wasn't the case.
Instead I could counter that concern with the observation he wasn't hit early in his runs and was able to get momentum. That would give the appearance of more effort because he could finish his runs.

I'm going with the latter.

Me too. Nice to see some holes to run through. It really makes a difference for a north/south runner like Gurley.
