I cannot believe Atlanta went for 2 when they didn`t need to, failed, and then went for two again when they did need to, failed again, and still won the game...

I am beginning to feel bad for Atlanta fans. Brutal.

Correct, I read it as they had a 3rd and 28 and ended up converting the first down. Explaining the 2 steps though detracts from the meme which is what that account does. They meme.
