Justin Herbert is one heck of a talent, Chargers should hire Joe Brady from the Panthers, then they would have the youngest Head Coach and teamed with Justin Herbert would give them some sizzle. All predicated on Brady being successful, but LSU is not the same since he left and the Panthers offense has looked very good even losing their best player.

Chargers would be nuts to move on from Lynn IMO. Yes, he's made some questionable coaching decisions, but he also took over a team that had only won 9 games in its previous 2 seasons, yet won 9 in his very first, 12 in his second year. Now the team moves twice in 2 years, deals with covid, and replaces a 15 year starter at QB with a rookie who had no pre-season and barely a training camp. And that QB will be OROY, setting the rookie TD record. Why rock that boat? Man....
Alas... The are the Chargers, and will Charger away. The team who fired a coach off a 14-2 season and then fired a guy after his first losing season after 5 straight no losers....
Wouldnt hurt if Big Mouth Joey Bosa would stay healthy for a season
