I know you've had way too many discussions about who gets fired this season...but at what point does this mess come back and point to Steve Keim as well?

We've talked about it. If i'm Bidwell i think i'd stand pat this season, get the #1 pick then fired Keim and all the coaches. Go shopping for new football people by selling Rosen and a top pick.

What's your take?
Yea, I’ve been wanted Keim fired with his bad drafts, save for the last one. Bad roster moves as well. The fascination he has for McCoy alone should get fired. Fire the whole regime, find a GM that wasn’t in Graves regime like Keim was, hire DeFilippo, draft Bosa or Oliver, then go from there.

Palmer didn’t even play half the season last year. And the times he did, he washed up by then. Badger wasn’t the same after his 2nd ACL tear. Basically washed. The team isn’t that talented, but it is nowhere NEAR as bad as what it is being displayed right now. I’m trying to be unbiased as possible. This is like you trying to excuse Jeff Fisher & me making excuses for him.
You can’t compare Steven Wilks to Fisher... Come on man. Fisher was already obsolete before he became the Rams HC but everyone thought he be an upgrade over Spags... Boy did we suffer, and we did with almost half a decade of mediocrity...

Cardinals are great at non-competitive football this year.

zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

To be fair, Fisher brought us to mediocrity. Spags may have been the worst HC hire in the history of the Rams.

You right. Wilks is worse than Fisher. He’s Spags-level.

He WAS an upgrade over the Spags years. There's really no question about that. Linehan may have been even worse than Spags but he had some old GSOT players that softened the blow a bit on the scoreboard.

Linehan/Spags contributed to the worst five year span in NFL history in terms of wins/losses. As you said yourself, Fisher brought 7-9 and mediocrity.

Man, it's like hari-kari time over at the Cards site...I felt bad for them and started pumping them up with some positives lol

The Cardinals are that bad.

To be fair. You would of thunk by the time Fisher became the HC for the Rams he’d be legendary. Unfortunately not. But you can’t call for Wilks head immediately after “1” disasterous season so far.

Snead should call Keim during happy hour on Friday tomorrow "Hey man, we'll trade you the Chargers #1 pick for Patrick Peterson"

Wilks inherited the #6 total defense. He is supposed to be a defensive guru. Defense looks bad.
Just because they are that on paper doesn’t mean they are really like that. Playing with no passion as if they are on their last year of the contract waiting to see how much they are going to get paid. A lot of variables, and that goes for every team that is playing poorly...

Let me take a crack at it. I'll save your team. ;)

I loved the Fisher hire at the time, and IMO it was never a disaster until the 2016 season.
Great defense, great ST's and bad offense is how i will forever define his time here. Spags improved the defense but it was never great and the rest was mostly bad.

I don't think Wilks has shown anything that points to being a competent HC. No flashes, no team improvement whatsoever. In Wilks defense, i don't believe there's much talent there at all across the board. This is where most Cards fans and i disagree.
