I only tuned in midway through the game. Didn't do much in the 2nd half. I recall he had a good run a few years ago then fell apart.
I think Mills was a 2-Year starter, but wasn't good enough and they drafted Stroud. The Texans were a terrible team overall those two years, so not the greatest measuring stick.

His overall night tonight wasn't bad 16/30 153 2TDs 0Int. I'm not an expert on QBs, and haven't watched Mills hardly at all, but I did kind of like him tonight. He fought through a rough start, nailed some throws later, and won the game with 2 Tds and no Ints.

Maybe a starter upgrade for another team, like Cleveland or the Raiders to name a couple.

Bills aren't ever going to win anything with Shakir as WR1, he would be WR3 on our team and some others. He's good but not elite, I'm surprised they didn't try to get Allen another weapon at the deadline Olave,Waddle or someone better than what they put out there at WR2 &WR3

Yeah, I was shocked at this too, thought at the minimum they would try to get Jerry Jeudy. Now, if the Bills continue to struggle, will they move on from Sean McDermott? Because that defense under his watch has not been good or do they go hard to bring Brian Daboll as OC and part ways with Joe Brady? Many questions loom in Western, NY, unless the Bills go on a major post season run.

Really????

I thought he (Mills) was just as bad if not worse than their starting QB...... I hope Mills don't play darts as he would go broke buying rounds at the bar.

But ya I agree he might be able to compete for the starting job for the Raiders QB.

Brandon Beane is a horrible GM. I was never high on him to begin with but when he talked about how they wanted to be fiscally responsible and not have a "Rams like collapse" that one offseason I knew the Bills would never win shit. He's got a decent eye for talent to always be a regular season winner but no balls or salary cap prowess to be a SB winner. Maybe they luck into one some day by Josh Allen carrying the team on his back but I would bet against it.

Nobody has ever won the SB by having a QB carry the team. Elway was the closest, but got creamed both times in the SB.

I'd forgotten about that and that drop off was because we had injuries to about all of our veteran star players I guess he missed all that

Elway won 2 of 5 SBs.

But yeah his wins he definitely had great teams. Terrell Davis, etc.
I was only counting the early ones Giant, Redskins. I forgot about the Whiners. The 1st 2 I remember it mostly Elway making incredible plays and a very opportunistic D. Elway did all the things Mahomes and Allen did. I hated him, but he was great. Not until he had a real running game and great D could he get the wins though. That was my point. I just didn't elaborate very well.
