Mikell gave up zero touchdowns, which is commendable, but he did give up more 3rd down conversions than any other safety in the league. IMO, next year, he wouldn't be able to carry McD's jockstrap. Huge upgrade, IMO, in this days NFL. I'm talking about athletic TE's spread out when I say that.

I loved Mikell, but I never saw him dish out hits like TJ does on a regular basis. I think he will be a fine safety for us. We just need a ballhawk next to him.
