You know , you might want to do your research though & look at the connections & relationships before you start to Blue Font. Just think you’re off beat & need to check it out for yourself. Then again I could be wrong, and wouldn’t doubt Thomas Brown also had a say in it?

That's Good Advice.

I did not do research because, at the time Samples was hired, it was widely reported that McVay assigned Thomas Brown the responsibility of identifying the new RB-coach. It was part of giving Brown greater responsibility to increase his coaching profile.

You posted ... 'someone posted here there were 2 Raheem Morris hires that just got fired'

Rather than assume the Defensive Coordinator hired a RB-coach ... because that would be strange ... maybe you might want to do your research. You gave good advice above. You should take it.

McVay let go of a number of coaches last month. Four were on the defensive-side. If Morris was key in hiring any coaches that were let go, don't you think it is much more likely it was the defensive coaches?

YEP - I’m 1,000% WRONG!! I didn’t do my research on Sample. He left to take a better job.

—It’s interesting what his role was before becoming The Rams RB coach.Actually pretty crazy the sort of worldwide he must have went through?
The effects you have on a young persons life vs. a Pro Player is a thing in itself.Cam Akers was a tough cookie to work with last season.
D. Henderson got CUT as well,so there was a lot going on there.Mcvay wasn’t happy coming out of training camp with either player.
—Thomas Brown will be missed.Cam Akers & The Rams RB is going to have to be a big part of The Rams in 2023.Mcvay is going to have to make that Big Decision. (Wonder what Morris say will be-lol)
