I'm still not sure Tavon could thrive in any type of offense that requires route running because the Rams still refuse to have him run any type of intermediate or long routes. All we see is him acting like a RB, taking bubble screens, or other extremely short routes. Is that because of Cigs or Tavon?
I keep going back to that first game. Tavon blew past Richard Sherman like it was nothin. Sherman had no chance up until Foles was late with the throw. So I'd say it's Cigs, and I don't think it's really a question because Tavon could do that over and over on any CB who doesn't have support. Sherman on Tavon requires safety over the top plain and simple, that or roll him back and give up the underneath.
