McVay needs to call run plays to get Gurley more runs. The OL was getting owned in the SB and there was nowhere to run. I'm not saying Gurley doesnt have arthritis, I'm stating the fact that it is not the big deal the media is making it out to be. Watch the dallas game and tell me Gurleys knee was holding him back. Shit watch todays game and tell me his knee was holding him back.I feel like some Rams fans are still in deniable about this. A fully healthy Gurley would've touched the ball more than 16 times in the biggest two games of the year last year. At the very least, there is concern that if they use him too much, his knee will be problematic. He was on the field less than normal today and he touched the ball less than normal. He still looked very good, but it doesn't seem like he'll be a workhorse back anymore. Henderson and Brown will be huge this year. In game 1, Brown was great. Need to keep that going.
What you are doing is very noble. The media needs fans like you keep it up.
And part of the medias job is to watch those they cover. And by the questions they have asked Gurley over the past 6 months, it is obvious they havent watched him play. They just look at his stat line and assume he must have a knee issue.Part of the job is dealing with the media.
BS. Gurley got little touches down the stretch including the SB. It is insane not to question his availability. Not to mention the Ram,s using a 3rd rounder on Henderson and matching Browns tender. It should be obvious even the Rams are concerned.
What are you talking about? Post links.Lol, did you write the article or something??
I understand having concerns before the game. But to act like there's something seriously wrong with him after a performance like that when the Rams have made it very obvious they don't want to run him into the ground like previous years is just asinine.
He had over 70% of the snaps in a game that looked like it was in the bag until the blocked punt. I don't see that as any cause for alarm but reporters will always make mountains out of molehills because it generates clicks.

It's clear that he's still a damn good football player, just seems like his days of 22 touches a game are in the past. Nothing wrong with that, but it does seem to be an effort by the Rams to ensure he can make it through the year and not have his knee give him any issues.
Again. It is not the media. It is every human being that follows the NFL.Just because McVay wants to keep him fresh doesnt mean that his knee has ended his career as the media wants everyone to believe. Nobody from the Rams organization has done or said anything to give anyone the impression they are concerned that TGs knee is going to be an issue. The media has made that shit up and some people run with it instead of watching TG and forming their own opinion.
It may be everyone that follows the media that is concerned. But most of those that watch the Rams have not been concerned one bit.Again. It is not the media. It is every human being that follows the NFL.

If you dont agree with him and the media, he is confused as to why. What are YOU talking about? What part of what I said confused you?
You keep claiming some sort of media conspiracy. Many have opined on Gurleys knee. Not just media. He was used sparingly in playoffs and SB. Of course people question that, To make that a providence of the media is BS.What are YOU talking about? What part of what I said confused you?
