Titans a great fit for him, better weather, Jones & Brown at WR and the best running back in football besides an excellent defense. They would trade Tannehill too to recoup some draft capital.
Ehh - they would trade Tannehill and two firsts and a third for Rodgers

Man that sounds familiar.

Me i would go to TB or SF if it is feasible both are a QB away. Trey Lance is not sure fire and the Niners are a elite QB, #1 Wr away from being dominant.

I can't disagree on Tenn it would be a great destination especially because they could get a pretty penny for Tannahill to offset the cost. Still think TB is perfect they have all the pieces hardly a hole especially with Godwin coming back.
If I were the Niners I would go all out to get Rodgers. And Devante Adams too.

Hope it doesn't happen.

hahaha sorry but yeah not working for me. He bought that land for business purposes. He already had a very high end luxury house in the area. Not even in the ballpark of a comparison sorry my friend.

As soon as he bought Hollywood Park it was obvious.

No kidding? :D

Not the same as Rodgers selling his house in the off season for a new location. Not saying he wouldn't like to play for the Titans but it's not the same thing as a business man buying property for a business. Did Rodgers sell his house in Green Bay too or put it up for sale?

Yeah I'm not comparing the two. Totally different price ranges.

Remember how many ram fans dismissed stans buying of Hollywood Park. As soon as that happened I was like, there we go, but people were saying, oh, you can't build a stadium on 60 acres.

Who knows what Rodgers will do but going to Tennessee would be very interesting. I'd add a 3rd option, probably best TE I could get and shore up the oline as my off season priorities. That offense would be hard to stop if Julio could stay upright most of the time.

Yes I absolutely remember and Rodgers selling his house in CA is not even in the same ball park, planet, universe or whatever other neighborhood you feel like bringing up. People are leaving California in droves athletes celebrities and many more. He's changing his off season home from this one to one in Tennessee. I'd imagine his Hollywood girlfriend still has a house in the LA area so he'll still be there some. He's going to have two houses one in Tenn one in Wisconsin. Now if he was selling his house there we could talk about it signalling he was forcing a move to Tenn but last I heard he wasn't.

Doesn't mean he won't be traded and Tenn is just as likely as any AFC team. But this attempt to connect it to Stan's business dealings buying the property that SoFi is now on is a stretch beyond logic.

The NFC offers the best option for Rodgers to get to a SB. Look at the QBs in the AFC, Burrows, Herbert, and Mahomes. He's counted on weather to be an equalizer, but it hasn't. He wants to go to the Niners but they don't have the cap or trade ammo and I doubt the Packers will trade him to the NFC. No he's not going anywhere. He will finish his contract ($47M) then retire to TN which is a good state if you have lots of retirement income. IMO that is a retirement home he's building.

Rodgers is good but he needs a team around him to win a SB berth. Those teams don't usually need a QB, especially with a cap hit of $47M. Let's face it. GB is a good team. They have only one SB win back in 2011 and not even an appearance since. So to think he's such a great difference-maker the Packer record says otherwise. He plays in a weak division. Rodgers is 12-9 over his career in the playoffs. with only 1 ring to show for it. IMO he's not worth a $47M cap hit.

IMO Rodger's cap has handicapped the Packers from building a team around him. But obviously, Rodgers doesn't care.

I did not know he was selling his house in Cali. As far as I know his parents still live in Chico so that seems like a big deal to sell.

Do you honestly think the Packers will trade him to the NFC?
Like I said I don't see it happening. But Rodgers is a big enough jerk to retire then wait a few months and un-retire which will probably mean the Packers can't afford him. This was pointed out on Profootall Talk and Rodgers is a big enough A hole to do it. Then he can give them one option for a trade.

Personally, I think the Pack will get him to state in writing he won't do that. I don't see an AFC team that can afford him and is built to win now. No he will make more money simply by playing one more year then retiring to TN.

He hasn't been able to win shit in the nfc for 12 years now.

Good, Go to the AFC. We can have a Rams Niners NFC Championship for the next decade as far as I am concerned.

Imo you have it backwards. Rodgers is the major reason the Packers have been successful. If they had had a better coach than McCarthy, and had given him another receiver or playmaker-- as the Rams have routinely done for their QBs--- they might have won the championship the last two years.

Just to take one example, they could have drafted Jonathan Taylor instead of Jordan Love. That team would have beaten SF. Or really gone after OBJ who the Rams were more passionate about signing.

And the Packers chose to sign him to his current deal while pushing him out the door by drafting Love. They deserve the backloaded cap hit they chose, and Jordan Love as their QB.

If I was Rogers, Tennessee would be very appealing.

Titans do not have a 2nd round pick this year, however. That was part of the Julio trade.

Yeah- Jeff Fisher was never a good offensive coach.I always associate Tennessee with the Oilers.

Jim Everett for Jerry Gray ? Maybe Gray comes back as a DC in the future which is wishful thinking.
Warren Moon was fun as well as Steve McNair.
