You wouldn't think so, but I hear people do manage to stay out of the Grey Walls Inn.
It has been this year. I've used it every week myself/That's the site I use. It's pretty awesome, yeah?
I hear you. I need to remember it's only a game (easier said than done) and try to stay even keeled each week. Hard when you want to see your team succeed. Glad you keep things real for us. Next week will be another opportunity. No, I don't think he should be extended. I don't know if people are aware of this or not, but I'm not a 'defend Fisher at all costs' kinda guy. I think that if this team doesn't win at least 9 games this year, that we should try something else. I just REALLY take the culture of this forum seriously. I don't see any reason to make this board like every other Rams board out there right now. We're unique for a reason. It's more fun here. I want this place to remain a fun place to hang out.
No, I don't think he's lost the locker room. We know what that looks like. Remember Linehan? Players are actually taking it upon themselves to rally the troops and demand more out of each other, and that's not something players do when they're turning on the coach or losing hope. I honestly believe that they believe that they're a much better team than they've been showing, and it's frustrating them. But they're not frustrated with the coach, IMO. Because, again, we know what that looks like.

I figured as much. I just went with it. lol.Actually, I meant to support your 9 win season and somehow pasted that link.
Imo. Not starting Goff is just plain arrogance. Not being able make adjustment to better the team because you want to be correct?Hey, just between us delusional homers, I have a theory.
I think Fisher has boxed himself in a corner with Goff now.
If he plays Goff next week and he lights it up, then people will verbally execute him for not doing it sooner.
If he plays Goff next week and he tanks, then people will verbally execute him for forfeiting all those draft picks to get him.
His best (and maybe only) move is to let him sit the rest of the year.

It's just a theory. I don't know if it's accurate. If it *is* accurate, then it wouldn't be arrogance in as much as it would be fear. That's a no-win situation I conjured up. I agree that it's time too, and something tells me it won't be long before Kroenke gets involved after having heard the crowd today. But that would spell the end of everything if Kroenke becomes one of those meddlesome owners like Bud Adams.Imo. Not starting Goff is just plain arrogance. It's time already. Whether he says next week was the plan all along or admits he needs ro make a change sooner than he wanted to, it needs to happen.
I have large quantities prepared each week for such occasion!! Only way I make it through a ram game without breaking everything I own.Forget sunshine and lollipops, we need large quantities of alcohol
What did Goff do?I think there is a 3rd choice....Fisher does not give a bleep what fans in a vent thread think and starts him anyway.
Did you see Goff react on the sideline? He's into it
I liked that
He reacted when they failed to convert the 4th down. What did Goff do?
Is that alcohol laced with THC? Because that used to have the opposite effect on me that it does on you.I have large quantities prepared each week for such occasion!! Only way I make it through a ram game without breaking everything I own.
I tend to agree with your theory. Fisher has a a desision to make that may ho beond his beliefs. That's why, imo, there is no wrong answer for starting Goff except for stubbornness. It's just a theory. I don't know if it's accurate. I can't argue with that. If Boras, Groh, and Fisher himself say that he's ready, then take off the training wheels.Goff gives this team new life. Goff gives the coaching staff new life. Goff gives the fans new life.
I also think Goff could start and win some games for us. Whether he starts next week or next year, we're going to take our lumps with him.
I was fine sitting him for a few weeks until Goff gets acclimated to the NFL way. That day has arrived. Whether Fisher is ready or not. It's time.
lol i wish it was laced. no, Im to apathetic when it comes to the rams to get angry at this point, regardless of how drunk i am..Is that alcohol laced with THC? Because that used to have the opposite effect on me that it does on you.
