I think Ivan Herrera should be our permanent first baseman. Willson Contreras can be dealt for all I care.
We need to trim a lot of fat off this team.

I hope that this sudden winning streak doesn't make us think that we're competing with the Cubs and Brewers. We need to hit on that #5 pick and the others, and Arenado, Helsley, Fedde, Mikolas, Matz, and Maton - amongst some others I'm forgetting - have to be dealt. Losing them for nothing would sting. Not even making the playoffs while losing them for nothing would be a punch to the gut.
