I mean, he's really inconsistent it seems. He's shown some good in the past. Dude just has to put in the work. Let's see if he can do it.

That was weird. If anything it always seems that he gets good height...just has that chip shot, like a 9 iron in golf, that elevates quickly. Today he was hitting 6 irons, they were definitely lower than normal.
On this play, so does Hav. He gets a big wiff due to the swim move and has no chance.
Limmer gets himself leaning forward and seems to be going after the inside shoulder instead of the outside one.
At least that's what I would think the idea would be there, since the run was headed towards off tackle.

It looks like the ball was laying on it's side at the point of impact.
Looks like he was kicking the nose of the ball pointing back towards the kicker, trying to scoop it off of the turf with the kick.
The key is how we're playing in December and January, not that we lost a close one in September. Long season. Rams will be there in the end. I think we'll see the eagles again in the playoffs.
Disappointed. Angry as F*** earlier today. Cooled off enough to know this is one game out of many more to play. Fix what didn't work and get better before we have to beat them in the playoffs.
Silver lining is it was below average game for McVay, Stafford, Adams, the offensive line, the kicking game and we still should’ve beaten the best team in the NFL at their house.
Him and whittington have both been open per usual Stafford locks on on 2 recivers max

No false start on the Eagles first sneak (+4 for Philly as they'd have kicked a FG most likely)
Hold on the TD run (-4)
Two blocked FGs (-6 for us, +6 for Philly)
That is 20 pts. So in the words, we played well enough outside of three plays (hold, FGs) and a blown false start to win this game by 13 points.
Mind you, this is still being bad in the red zone...
I truly think this game gave McVay total confidence that we can beat them if we play again. We completely dominated most of this game, second straight trip east and an early kickoff.
I am done being upset with this one - let's go home and take care of business. We are a legit Super Bowl contender.

Yeah the trend is that when Philly needs a play against us they get it. Damn near every time when it's in the crunch and they need it. Going way back, always seems to happen that way and I'm fuckin tired of it.
Rams had them on the ropes early but the moment Philly came out and raised the physicality in the trenches we were done. I give them cred to fight back to the FG chance, but it felt too much like the playoff loss. Where Philly when they need a play get it. 3rd and forever? No problem, Rams can't cover and on that play of course they won't get the rush home. Prevent a winning FG? No problem, Rams will fuck it up.
Eagles are the champs for a reason. I fuckin hate em but cred where it's due.
I think what they should do is release the fuckin hounds against them. Just blitz the hell out of them and don't let up no matter what the lead might be. Because our secondary is a steaming pile of shite. So all out. Dropping another cover option doesn't really seem to do much other than maybe someone gets an occasional hand on a ball. It's pressure that this defense runs on, because they don't have the dogs on the back end.
The shadow maybe gives an optical illusion, but it doesn’t look like a great hold.
Fuck participation trophies. They have a Lombardi and the head start for another top seed this year.
Maybe the Rams grow from this. But right now this loss is too fresh for me, and I just can't get past what a shit ass secondary we have or how Stafford shit his pants on third down all day.
We're the gimmicky team that can beat anyone if 9 is on. They're the physical team who when they get serious Rams have no answer for.
Bring them some cream filled donuts and congratulate them on a great game. After they eat the donuts they'll start wondering what you may have done to them...
