Missed this game as a kid, but always heard about it over the years. Had time to watch it with the link today. What a beat down. Offense should get a ton of credit for both the shut out and the -7 yards. The 'O' had near 500 yards, with around 275 of that rushing and over 45 minutes in time of possession, keeping Seattle's offense off the field. But, man, the defense gave up nothing. I've never seen a beating this bad that I can recall.
A record that will, unless there are wholesale rule changes, never ever be broken.

This is good news, IMO.

Way to flip the karma, Seattle.

Fuck the Seahawks!!!

Again, nothing else to add just figured though they aren't the rival the niners are, every page of a Seahawks thread should have that posted just like the SF thread. I won't waste my fucks on any Arizona thread though.

I believe that a large part of the Rams success under McVay has been team culture.
I agree that this will hurt Hawks.

Time will tell. I expect and hope that I’m right

Ridiculous. Not sure how the league allows this while his legal troubles ongoing.
If Puka gets even just one game suspension, then no way this guy should play for a year (or more).

It's a joke that the league even let them sign Arnold. The guy ordered the kidnappings and brutal beatings of three innocent men. Why? Because he left $350,000 of money and luxury items - all of which he could wipe his ass with, considering his rookie contract has paid him 5.9 million dollars - at a random Airbnb, they predictably got stolen, he went off and blamed the wrong people (including his own driver, who, again, had nothing to do with it) instead of involving the authorities, and decided to order his buddies to kidnap and torture them to get his things back.

Yeah, real good guy. I bet the Hags sign Henry Ruggs III when he gets out of prison, too. They're like fucking teenaged girls with bad boys, saying, "Oh, I can fix him!"

Fucking joke that the NFL would consider suspending Nacua while letting a team sign this shitbiscuit to a contract when his legal problems haven't even been solved. It should be an indefinite suspension, and no team should've been able to sign him until his legal problems were solved, and only then if he were proven not guilty.

Good for him. He’s still in football. Who knows where it will lead.

Didn’t Vermiel coach HS before jumping back in?
He did actually start at Hillsdale High in San Mateo (just a couple blocks away from where I grew up) and then went on to UCLA, the Eagles, etc.

He is originally from Napa, and still runs a winery there I believe.

Gotta let it play out but if this doesn’t get the attention of the NFL over a bite mark or a broken phone….
Former NFL cornerback Terrion Arnold faces eight felony charges in Tampa, Florida: three counts of kidnapping, three counts of armed robbery, one count of conspiracy to commit armed robbery, and one count of conspiracy to commit kidnapping (with some initial reports citing up to four counts each of kidnapping and armed robbery).

Within the continental USA he picked the team farthest away from his charges. Please ruin Seattle, asking for all of us.
