The instant this ship started sinking was the instant Cooper Kupp was injured.

Which I instantly said a couple hours after his injury. That I wasn't sure we could get to the superbowl without him. That's how crazy valuable he is.

Kupp is a very very underrated in this offense. He's that extremely smart guy that knows everyone's assignment and who can get open, make the tough catch and break tackles. We lost a big play guy there. Why does it make the O-line suck? Because Jared can't find his go to guy, he's not as comfortable with the others in the slot, and the line has to maintain their blocks longer.

I remember when Aaron Rodgers first lost Jordy Nelson to injury a few years back, and how they started losing and he looked very average. Let's face it, the Rams don't have a great slot guy now and that is very important. Patriots have Edelman bail them out time after time, even though they lost last week with him playing, but they have other problems.

I vote for a shorter passing game to offset the same defenses thrown at the Rams. Everyone will copy it so we have to adjust to that in the next game. Exploit it and exploit them, or they keep playing it and stifle our offense.

Kupp has been missed for sure, but I don't think his presence would have had much if any difference the last few weeks...The O line is the culprit in my eyes...They weren't very good against Detroit, The got flat ass humiliated and abused against the Bears, and they sucked big time against the Eagles...They better get it together quick...I think the Cards are close to a walkover but the Whiners could take the Rams apart if they don't find the ON switch...I think they need to win both games or they'll be playing on wild-card weekend...

The OL has gotten worse as the season has gone on. The same thing happened last year. Pressure gets to QBs, ALL QBs. It is why hits on a QB are so valuable. It seems like Whit and Sulley's play has deteriorated the most. Could be an age thing, just getting worn down over a long season.

I wholeheartedly agree.
True while Cooper's loss is important I feel that the major impact that we suffered what's the loss of Jamon Brown I am sick and tired of seeing Austin Blythe bullied into the backfield Sullivan is a step below that..
if you look at the last four to five games it really stands out it's been happening all season
We cannot power on the football with this offensive line and its current status. We cannot protect the power Rush up the middle from Big Stout defensive tackles with this offensive line.
I don't see how we can address it at this point in the season.

I think the latter is a result of the former, not independent issues
