Ah. Yeah, I know Dickerson Street. My wife had a studio there for a couple years. I’ll check it out.

Yeah, its cool little artsy street.
When we moved here I had to go down there for work. It was all just storage and abandoned warehouses.
They done a nice job making it a quirky little art area with cool little shops and a breakfast/lunch place there now too.
