I browse that board on a few rare occasions when I'm bored. Today I saw a thread where some are claiming the Rams want to swap Simpson to the Browns for Sanders. I kid you not.

I concur it was a sarcastic post plus some great Ram fans over there that have been Ram fans since the 50's. Nothing but respect for that board and their posters.

Yeah, I know some post on both boards. I recently saw someone re-post one my posts over there. It did credit me with the original post, but if I wanted my posts to be on that board, I would do it myself. I left that board 14 yrs ago for a reason. So I would appreciate if that practice stopped.
Im the "idiot" who replied over there as if was serious, LOL
What is funny is I have been part of many boards over the years and never had to leave a board. Only one time was I ever cyber attacked by a Buccaneers fan after the Rams defeated the Bucs in the NFC Championship game.
The irony was is that back then I used an AOL sign on that was a good friend of mine that lived with us for a while. He inadvertently jumped on mine and made it his so I just kept it, but it has some of his information on it. Keep in mind this was I believe still the first computer I owned.
Anyway the person took some personal shots calling me a biker, Harley Loving redneck whose favorite sport was soccer. Quite funny because obviously that was not me. When it comes to boards I try to understand and take every post for what it is intended for plus for the most part, I do not take anything personal either although at times, it's not always easy.
Can we at least watch Ty play a scrimmage before we trade him away.

I also post on both boards. The Herd was the board I moved to after the Fadler listserve days. And then to this one, but with great fans on both sites I see no reason to talk shit about fellow Rams fans.
That aside I do get Philly's frustration at his post being posted over there. I have mentioned this in the past to 43, that what it does is opens discourse on one's thoughts without allowing that person to defend them if desired. That doesn't apply to those of us who post on both boards of course. But for those who only post on RoD it is a potential issue.

I have from time to time checked out other boards. I just haven't found one that had anywhere near the vibe of ROD. I don't really have time for another board anyway. But with the way this place is built and managed by @CGI_Ram and the way Paul set it up to begin with, it's hard for me to want to go anywhere else. As mods, we pretty much just try to maintain the mission. So y'awlz can go ahead and flirt with those other boards. Fucking traitors!
