Yeah Mac. We have talked about it in the past but came to the conclusion you found to be the case. And it’s only worse now. There’s no way this board will ever put up a political forum. There are plenty of other sources for that crap.
And we’re not oblivious to the fact that it still crops up here every now and then. We delete a lot of posts almost on a daily basis and watch threads closely if we think they might be targets for politics. We do allow some stuff if it’s borderline.
I’ll tell you though. What gets me a little pissy is when someone accuses us of taking a side. We go out of our way to not do that. So if someone is thinking that, they need to step back and maybe take a brief look in the mirror.
We should thank you more then we do, however, there is only one side you should always take and that is the side of the Los Angeles Rams.
Meh. It’s not a matter of thank yous. I appreciate it though. We love talking football and off topic stuff with you guys. That’s the reason we’re here and try to help out.

Turf Show Times is the worst. The collection of writers approach their jobs as if they were Niners and Hawks fans who are being held hostage and forced to write about the Rams. The board used to be readable but now it’s nothing but the sky is falling clickbait type. I wouldn’t want them to write from a complete blind fanboy perspective like Niners Nation or Field Gulls but the negativity on TST is a joke. I got booted from the board early last season because I wrote a comment respectfully disagreeing with Rams Hater JB Scott early in the season regarding Matthew Stafford and his belief that Stafford was done and injury prone. JB couldn’t handle someone disagreeing with him. Of Course I wasn’t exactly expecting a MVP Season from Stafford but I think we all know who got that one right. But JB Scott like the coward he is never admitted just how WRONG he was. I simply don’t bother visiting that site anymore. Not worth the time.

Seriously though, while Iowa Ram's statement above may be both truthful and accurate, I don't think it is fair to the vast majority of ROD posters ... who are intelligent and thoughtful individuals ... that they are lumped-in with the handful of Weak-Minded, Immature Clowns that can't control themselves ... LIKE THE FOUR OF US.
