Warren Moon and Randall Cunningham should be noted here. Moon threw one of the most perfect balls ever. Randall could wing it as far as anyone.

Vick had an awesome arm. Every time I see that commercial with Hurts lighting the flame at the Coliseum, I think of Vick. He had a much better arm than Hurts.
I was gonna say best QBs in the NFL who haven’t won a Super Bowl, but I see Butt Hurts on the list.
In the context of fantasy football rankings, which it appears to be, it’s less egregious. QBs who run the ball and playing from behind are valuable. It’s still horrible - considering the fact that Stafford was QB2 last year in fantasy football/points.
