You could even run the ball with Puka in the backfield, which he did at times at Utah State.
Tom Cruise What GIF

That would be a fun grouping.
That grouping in 13 personal would give plenty of receiving options. Id also keeping them in with Puka and Adams and line Puka up in the backfield. You could even run the ball with Puka in the backfield, which he did at times at Utah State.
All sorts of ways to spread the field, bunch the group in tight or open up the middle of the field for that middle passing game.
So much talent on this offense.
Puka played at Washington and BYU, my friend. Just a friendly correction. :)

Also, with so many holes and lack of talent, why would you spend that much on players with cash and draft capital to "Just get better"? The rest of the team is not in a good place so it would be a colossal waste! Give them two years to see if they can draft and gather free agents..........................or they get worse and become the Jets.

True, the only reason the Rams can do what they are doing is because they crushed the 23' & 24' drafts. Even 22' got them Williams & Lake. Throw in a few UDFA's that have hit, and you now have enough talent, along with a great QB & coach, to take some big swings.

Some of the main reasons we were competitive in 2017 were because of the signings we did (and the trade for Sammy Watkins). Whitworth, Woods, Sullivan, and Robey-Coleman turned out to be excellent signings, and even Kayvon Webster and Connor Barwin.

Just don't expect the Bidwells to do anything to make that team competitive as far as free agency goes; I put that whole family - especially that miserly fucking cheapskate, Bill - just below Georgia, which should tell you how awful they've been.

No one is below Georgia when it comes to signing FA and re-signing draft picks.

I think being in LA helped with Woods & Robbie-Coleman. I thibk the league thought Whitworth & Barwin were washed. Sullivan kind of was washed, but sure the Rams stepped up and paid those guys.

While the Rams were getting MG..........In exciting Cards news, in case you didn't know, they water the field almost every day while the massive field tray is outdoors in the Arizona sun! Because it is a retractable, natural grass system, it remains outside the stadium for the majority of the year to receive sunlight, nutrients, and hydration. Go Cardinals!

Wasn't aware of that--pretty cool: "It is famously known for its engineering marvel: a completely retractable roof and a massive, roll-out natural grass field that sits outside the stadium in the sun when not in use."
Remember when they let us use their stadium during the fires? That was awesome.

Did Georgia take a kicker in the first round to save money (Steve Little at #15 overall)? Did Georgia take not one, but two quarterbacks projected to be undrafted in the first round? (Those two quarterbacks were Kelly Stouffer and Steve Pisarkiewicz; Bidwell refused to pay Stouffer and eventually dealt him without ever playing a game for them and Pisarkiewicz had all of two starts with them.) Did Georgia pass on what could've been the Rookie of the Year 1984 at a position of need to take a wide receiver (Clyde Duncan, again, projected as a mid-round pick at best), only for him to hold out, get injured, and catch all of four passes? Did Georgia take a linebacker - an inside linebacker, mind you - with the fifth-overall pick, which was shocking enough that even the linebacker didn't expect to be selected in the first round and said, "I was shocked."?

Fate Echols, Larry Stegent, Carl McAdams, Ken Kortas, Tim Gray, Ken Rice, Dave Butz, hell, Joe fucking Namath, etc., the amount of first round picks - and I'm just talking about first-round picks, not any other picks or actual stars who asked for a raise or called out Bill Bidwell and were cut or traded as a result - who never even played for the Cardinals because of Bidwell being an utter fucking cheapskate (and he eventually left St. Louis because they didn't pony up an absurd amount of money to pay for a new stadium when he didn't put up a penny towards it) are too numerous to count.

Bidwell is to St. Louis like Georgia is to LA: persona non grata. I'm not even a Cardinals fan, never have been, and I've heard stories from long-time Cardinal followers that would make you pity that team and its fans.

One thing I wish SoFi had. I hate watching games on fake turf. Even if they go to the SB, another turf SB. Yuck!
