I can see it now, Milroe lined up in the backfield, Stafford tosses it back in a sweep type play, but, Atwell took off from a sprinters stance and is racing down the field. Milroe cranks back his hand cannon and tosses it 75 yards in the air to a in stride wide open Atwell for 6.
Everything you said is accurate except the "in stride" part.

Never said it wasn't true but to take some of it with a grain of salt during lying season. Besides, I'm sure the Rams have properly assessed him and determined themselves if he's even worth drafting. There's always a risk of a player just busting. WR definitely is a tricky one as the personalities with some of those guys can be volatile. Rams gonna take a chance no matter who they draft as these are all young men about to get paid and step up to the best of the best in their sport. Burden is definitely talented. He could Antonio Brown too ya know. Ball out for awhile then go bat shit crazy at the end :laugh1:
Brown was a technician in his routes though.

Many more talking about Burden bombing interviews added to the teams requesting practice tape. I'm wondering if he falls out of the 2nd.

Haven't been a fan of Burden. Keep saying just take Restrepo late.

I've got no real predictions... I'm just dreaming of a world in which the Rams have a draft as impactful this year as they did the last couple of years. Do that and.. whew!!!

My feelings on the specifics of what I would want brought in.

I know McVay loves him some tight ends.. but I would *not* draft one high. The group they have is functional and rookie tight ends rarely make a significant impact.

Corner is an absolute must somewhere in first 3 rounds.

Adding speed at RB would be a big plus.

Mid-rounds is the best place to draft ILBs.

If Milroe dropped to them.. I wouldn't be mad. Although he wouldn't likely help this year.. if they think he has the goods to be the guy moving forward, do it.

Definitely a reason to wait on TE and also a reason why a guy like Warren or Loveland could - even though unlikely - fall to us.

True but I'm mostly just talking about being a good player then completely going off the rails. Seems to be a WR thing. I'd say see if the Steelers really like him and if they do, run. Those fuckers draft the craziest bastards at WR:laugh1::laugh2:

Still think Burden is better. Although I'm not the biggest fan of 40 times, Restrepo's 40 yard dash was historically bad. Kinda scares me a bit although he looks legit on his tape. I do like Horton as a later round WR. I know the Rams had him in for a visit.

Burden has the talent. The question is how good are you at performing a lobotomy with a guy like him.

Yup sounds like that's the main concern there for him as a prospect. Too bad cuz him not quieting those concerns ate possibly going to lose him money.

Yikes. More injury news for Will Johnson. I could see him being there at 26 and beyond at this point. There is already concerns about his overall speed and list of injuries, this is a new one.
Yeah he might be approaching 3rd round now.

I dont know if he has the frame for OT, and cant see them drafting an OG/C but I love this kid. The fact that he turned down NIL money, and likely improved draft status, to stay at NDSU so they could win another championship is just awesome
He could be BPA. I’m not familiar with Dotson’s contract but maybe they’d want to groom his replacement.

Milroe could definitely help this year. Stafford took some bad hits in redzone and short yardage situations. Milton could come in and save Stafford some needless hits. Plus it gives an added dimension. Teams don’t fear Stafford running the ball on 3rd and 2. Milroe would be a big threat in those situations.

I keep seeing Grey Zabel still on the board at 26. He could be a future guard, guard insurance or future Center. He’s perfect for the gap scheme.

If Havenstein still wants to play a few more years and the Rams think he can, maybe they go for Dotson’s replacement, or pick a guy to learn from Shelton. ( I almost typed Barnes :laugh4:)
Zabel was so dominant in the Senior Bowl that I believe he could play RT well despite his shorter arms. I can get behind a Zabel selection and wherever he fits in, we'd have a future Pro-Bowl player IMO.
