NFL passing leader has never won the Super Bowl. Just food for thought.

Listen, I love me some Goff, but yds is only part of the picture. He was lucky to not have at least 3 ints yesterday. We all know the OL is a work in progress, but Goff needs to be better as well.

Yeah I don't know what a couple of those throws were yesterday. It's almost like he started to get complacent. And maybe he did who knows. Most QB's have passes that are ALMOST intercepted but all that counts is whether they did or they didn't.

Because if you have great defense and a strong run game you don't have to risk airing it out all the time. This goes back to the fact the Rams' hopes of winning it all require a better run game and defense.

Yep, and a Minnesota Viking QB has never won the Super Bowl. I guess Cousins and Goff are both up against it.
Actually an Ex-Vikings QB did win, just not with the Vikings. Just think, Brad Johnson has as many Super Bowl rings as Aaron Rodgers.

He had quitea few great passes yesterday. Perfect touch and accuracy. Probably lost a little focus later in the game , but we know he can make every throw .

This board is getting harder and harder to come to.

Goff is about average right now. We all know yards aren't the whole story, come on now. Yes, people are too negative about him at times - but people are too positive too. Two wrongs don't make a right.

The pass that bounced off of three Bengals was one of the worst throws I've seen any QB make all year. He had some yesterday that were some of the best throws too - that's Goff in a nutshell. Unfortunately, one of the worst traits an NFL QB can have is inconsistency - that's something Goff needs to overcome.

Goff just turned 25, and is in his 4th season. Go look at what Brady, Brees, Ryan, etc ... were doing about the same points of their career.

I don't expect Goff to be playing his best football for another 3-4 years.

For better or worse, McVay wants to attack downfield in the passing game continuously. Goff has to make tough throws all day long.

I want Goff to take off from the pocket more...IOW...be WILLING TO RUN!!!
That will improve his completion % too since he throwsna decent amount away when things break down. Thats probably why some qbs like Wilson will but ass for no gain or half a yrd instead of just throwing it and saving some energy.

How many of the top 5 in passing yards have had their bye week already? Goff and Dalton are on bye this week, but I'm too lazy to look up the others,
