Brown is very good on STs and a reliable pass protector. If Kelly isn't ready to step up as a pass protector and offer STs value yet, that might save Brown.

I believe he still has a hamstring issue

Nah that leaves us without a good 3rd option. Browns good on special teams and with Davis hurt and Holley just average we will keep both. If anything it signals Davis' days are numbered.

Yeah but I like his footwork and release much better than Mannion. The only problem he has is experience and decision making. He does some not so smart things once in awhile like taking that 13 yard sack.
