I leave the room, if we start doing bad I can't keep watching because things will keep going bad. So I leave the room and tell my husband to shout at me if things start going better, then I stay out till he tells me we won, lol!

When the Rams hit those stretches where momentum is with the other team I just hunker down and talk mad shit. It always feels like if I talk shit about a player or coach next thing I know they're making a play or shutting me up. So the way I see it I am doing my part to ensure the Rams "turn to."

We had a big family reunion in Seattle of all places. Neice lives there. I was on the middle part of a large L-shaped couch and didn't move while the game was on unless I stood up and cheered. Dad on my left pulling for Rams. Sister on my right, same. Nephew on a smaller couch, neutral. Other family in various places of the house, a few came in to sit for a bit. My biggest negative emotion came after that Caleb throw. I said something like "What???" and "That's bullshit." I later grumbled that it's been too many times where we had a sure win and blew it. Then after the FG I stood up with the good sign and exulted. Sat back down and breathed a sigh of relief. Stress level wasn't as high as Carolina. Maybe about a 7.

So I had my blue Rams tee-hoodie on and later wore it in the Seattle and Chicago (stopover) airports (hah!) travelling back home.

Honestly (and people who were in the chat at the time can vouch for it)? I wasn't worried or even too stressed. Even when the Bears were driving in overtime, I kept saying that it wasn't over until the points were scored.

Because ultimately? Having gone through utter hell the past two years, I know it's just a game at the end of it, and it's a hell of a season as it stands. I'm just excited for the journey to keep on going, hopefully to a Super Bowl win.
That’s amazing and puts everything in proper perspective

So here is what happened in my house. literally gut wrenching. I could feel my heart beating in my neck.
Lots of screams and Fucks yelled.
So my DVR was about 5 minutes behind from re looking at plays. So when Caleb thew that bomb I was pissed thinking "I don't need this" they are going to go for 2 and we lose. So I fast forward and when its stops its the extra point.
I am like, we can pull this game out in OT. So we punt, I am pissed. Whatever I was screaming I had a #od Dam in there and my wife admonished me for it.
So............. I am calming down and think that was not right. So, I say a quick little prayer saying basically forgive me for taking your name in vain, " in Jesus name, Amen. Nothing about the game because i do not do that, its wrong.
It was during what looked like the Bears were just about in FG range, not good for us.
But as soon as I said "Amen" my eyes opened, the ball was snapped and............................................................................. picked OFF!!!
I thought it was pretty cool myself.
My stomach still felt kinda jacked up the next day.
Sunday, I hope we just blow them out.
I don't need the stress.

i was at the moose in A-TOWN ... ( slo people know the place)...

and was stressed as hell, because i knew caleb and the bears were the new media darling...

Talking shit about the team really works. I was cussing at Stafford a lot during the game.

I guess I'm pretty superstitious during games so doing something, ANYTHING where I think I in some small way am affecting things seems an active way to absorb the stress. In this case, crossing my feet in different directions clearly secured the win. Lol!

I'm always manic before the big playoff games. I can't watch the pre-game hype shows, I have to distract myself. Lately I've been doing it in the kitchen, madly cooking a family meal for hours before the game. I roasted a prime rib with sides and had it carved 25 minutes before kickoff. The entire family plated up then my wife and i opened a nice bottle of cab. The first half was slow but enjoyable. A second helping and a second bottle came at halftime.

I probably couldn't have planned it better, but the intensity of the game eventually overwhelmed the wine buzz in the third quarter. My fitness watch clocked my heart rate between 111-128 for 90 straight minutes.

Caleb's touchdown pass was a boot-kick to the nads. I was emotionally exhausted by the time we punted in overtime. McVay was just telling the team to live in the moment, but I didn't have the wherewithal to even hope for that interception.

Silently pacing a very quiet house at 2.30am local time when the Bears tied it up to go to overtime. Was also silently screaming/swearing during overtime. Likely be doing the same tomorrow night/Monday morning

Bears Game: I was mostly fine and confident until that BS 4th down Hail Mary.

After that, I stood up and just paced. Mostly shaking my head and in disbelief we didn’t have the TE blanketed on that. I felt like “that sort of luck is how teams win or lose”. I felt we were going to have a hard time coming back from that sort of play.

I believe the Rams are pissed the Seahawks were gifted home field and we’re poised for some payback this weekend.

This Rams team is battle tested going into the NFC Championship game, unlike the Seahawks who cruised into this game after winning against a beat-up 49er team.

In your opinion who are the top 3 popular NFL teams in London?
Tough to say to be honest, only a few places show live games in my limited experience. Plus when you go to the London games, there are fans from all over Europe going, not just London, so hard to gauge. I was surprised just how many Rams fans were at the Wembley game earlier this season. Unfortunately I think the 49ers are pretty popular here they seem to have a regular watch party going on in a city pub. Other 80's powehouse teams are also pretty popular - Giants, Bears, also Eagles for some reason. Pats are also popular amongst the glory hunters over here.
