I'm still pissed off that off our Rams and their #1 ranked defense are not in this game.
Because I live in Florida.... I'm rooting for the Bucs by default.
If the Chiefs win back to back Super Bowls, I won't be upset because they will have earned it.
Regardless; I'm excited for the game today. Super Bowls only happen once a year just like Christmas.
This is supposed to be an epic matchup.
I hope this game lives up to the hype.

BTW my wife and I had these years ago at one of our favorite restaurants (Cafe Sevilla) and it's one of the single best things I've ever eaten. She's making these tonight during the game. They're not quite as good as Sevilla's but still I'm like a kid on xmas right now lol. If you haven't tried these do yourself a favor:

I have some friends that make bacon wrapped water chestnuts that are awesome.
What makes them so good is the sweet of the dates mixed with the blue cheese and bacon. Ridiculously good. You'll love them. We do ours with a little extra blue cheese.

That sounds really good. I'm a big fan of Rumaki, with a sweet & sour dipping sauce, although it's getting very difficult to find a restaurant which makes them any longer. I guess you can wrap most anything in bacon to make it better, maybe Mahomes can stuff some bacon into his helmet as i'm on the 'anyone but Brady team' ...

Mmm...ribs. Been a long time since I've had ribs. Brats as well; as much as I like nachos and sweet potatoes, I'd kill for a couple of bratwursts right now.
