So that was my 18th bday. Every time I watch the higlights to this game, I always choke up. Not going to lie.

I remember that moment so well. When Jones made the tackle, I wasn't sure if Dyson had gotten in, if they would check by instant replay, or something else. There was just this moment of disbelief until I heard the ref say "The game is over". Then, it finally hit me - after waiting to see it for many, many year, the Rams had finally won the Super Bowl. What a great moment.
We have to have a Rams Packers NFC Championship soon.

Sometime... about 2 minutes after that play....

This young man did a head-first dive over the sofa and full summersault landing... in some kind of whack celebration. LOL

Honestly, I have no idea what else I did. Except... well... go crazy.

No broken bones at least.
I was at my in-laws house and they weren't that big of NFL fans, but I screamed like an absolute loon in exultation and celebration.

They thought I was nuts.

Crazy how much time has passed. I was 24 at the time and now I'm a middle-aged man!

My Uncle who is a diehard Ram fan really was excited! He called my Mom and was very emotional. He had quite a few beers in him after the game. I lived in a different house back then 8 miles from where I’m at and my Uncle lived in a different place too about 7 to 8 miles from where he lives now. Amazing how things change over 20 years.

I was eight. It was my first season watching the Rams, and I didn't know the stuff I know now.

I was still happy because my folks were happy; both my dad and mom know quite a bit about football.
