First of all CONGRATS on moving to Hilton Head. Welcome to the Carolinas.
I live in N.C. and have been there a time or two and it's a beautiful place to live. Just be ready for the storms.

I simply refuse to pay for Sunday Ticket anymore. It's a monopoly and the NFL has no problem sticking it to
the fans. I could see and would pay 250.00 or so but the 400.00 is just ridiculous.
I have found a site that I watch all the Ram games for free without any interruption.
If your interested just hit me up when the games start. Also have a good site to rewatch old games as well.
I'm definitely hitting you up as well as I told DirectTV to shove it this year.

Said this a few years ago, but you do have another option.

I prefer the ticket because of fantasy, and we put three games on at once - but...

Get YouTubeTV - $65/month, can cancel after the season if you don't like it

Download an app called fake GPS

The deal with YouTubeTV thats cool is that when you're traveling, it gives you the local channels for where you are based on your phones gps.

Open the fake GPS app, put your location in LA (or anywhere that's showing the Rams), exit the app, kill your YouTubeTV app and then reopen it. It'll say "Welcome to Los Angeles" (or wherever you "are")
Oh shit, that's a nice way to do it lol

If you pay for college or know someone who goes, Sunday Ticket offers a big discount to college students. I used my daughter’s info - college and ID#. Used her credit card # and paid her cash.
$120 per year. They just confirmed auto-renewal for this season.
If only I had this route, I would have used it but my oldest isn't college eligible for like 9 years  :ROFLMAO:

Multiple options here and I guess I have never factored in sleep on the East Coast because I only need 5 hours a night during the week. The idea of a bar in your first year is not a bad option and if you can control your beverage intake and order soda or have a meal without drinking excessively, you can limit the expense.

NFL Game Pass. Sorry if it has been mentioned earlier. $100 a year. It is a bummer that you have to wait until after the game is over to watch, but you can watch the entire game or a condensed version after. You can also watch games from the last ten years or so.
I did this last year, when I was in the Bay Area. Have to wait until 5 or 5:30 PT to watch the games on tape delay.

Alaska Ram probably won't want to go this route because on the East Coast, gotta wait until 8 or 8:30 for games to start.

I went this route a couple years while living in Ithaca NY. (I think I was the only Ram fan in town). As long as you order just one beer and maybe one food item, the restaurant staff tend to be cool with a customer staying the whole game.

I dumped Direct TV. Screw them.
Yeah, I truly think DirecTV is evil. And incompetent. Had to put up with their billing "mistakes" for awhile before I finally got rid of them. I live on the central coast of CA now, so thankfully I get all the Rams games without a problem.

Haven’t had Ticket for 6-7 years, but am getting it this year.
Like going to the local sports bar, but unless Rams are the GOTW, no sound, and that sucks for me.
Kinda like sex with no sound.

Been streaming free 14 years now and I’ll never go back unless Dana White thinks he can bust me.

.

i always go to the source, nfl game pass.

i hated streaming. it would always cut out just at the most important part.

plus i don't have to watch it live, so if i can't watch the game live i don't miss out on anything. just click start from beginning and i can watch the whole game.

They suck with how they pick and choose who to give it to for free. I tried cancelling like ppl said here and always got, "Okay sorry to see you go".

I lived in Chicago a bit and loved that time zone. In bed by 10:30 for baseball and Night time football. But watching games in the morning on a Sunday? That would take some getting used to. When the Rams would lose in miserable fashion, like against Miami or the Niners, it put me in a funk the rest of the day. It would suck to be like that all day long.

Yeah but I have the international game pass. I can watch whatever game I want live plus they also have the redzone channel, which is what I watch when the Rams aren't playing.

They also have the nfl network but I don't watch that much. But now that I can finally watch game pass on my computer (I updated from vista a few months ago) I may put the nfl network on the background and listen to it like a radio. But then again I can't watch any show like that live. I usually just click forwards and backwards until I find them talking about the Rams.

Get the ticket and stop being a weenie.

But easy for me to say being a AT&T employee and getting it free. :zany1: Along with phone, internet, TV and stuff.

Hell yeah bro! I'll be down at Moke of America Orlando soon to add vehicles to our growing golf cart rental rental business. That and Disney world with family. Give a shout if you're this way too.

That should be a cool business. We rent one when we go to the beach. I want to get one keep here at the house... one with big wheels. The new ones cost as much as a cheap car though. I want a gas one so it can be street legal. Let me know if you see any good deals... and of course let me know when you're in town Brudda!
