My sources say Suh is strongly considering the Titans over the Rams. Will get a decision by 3pm today.

I'm guessing Titans also , they just got more money

and Suh probably doesn't want to play second fiddle next to Donald

Or he could be figuring that there is a small chance Suh would release info on Twitter before it filtering down to Wade by normal channels. Most likely if Suh chooses Tennessee - I'd assume if the Rams were told that Suh was accepting their offer Wade would be notified immediately.
