Didn't the Jets let two good DT go? He may never win with the Jets.

It appears he is going for the money or at least trying to get more from the other teams. I'm starting to think the Rams can't get close to other offers. The Jets have 36 Mil cap space.

I thought if the Rams were close 2 Million a year they had a chance. That could be fading or have faded.

Why would he cancel his trip with The Raiders, then sign with the jets?
I'm saying he doesn't sign with the Jets.

Again - Rams need to say enough already with Suh. He considers himself to be the Warren Buffet of the NFL - so let him chase the almighty $$$. It's his prerogative but...

I hope the Rams are talking with Hankins (or Bennie Logan or Refridge Perry for that matter) as we speak and ready to give Suh best/final offer with a time limit of midnight tonight to decide. Hankins is younger/cheaper/and probably a better long term 3/4 NT fit.

btw...Jets have about same amount of cap space as Rams...so not buying their offer as being way above anyone else

The Jets?

Okay. That doesn't exactly jive with the "play for a winner" narrative.

This is probably part of the negotiation tactic. Then again, who knows... the cynical side of me has been skeptical of how much of a pay cut he was really prepared to take from the get go.
