I got a couple of descriptors- you get a prawn (tasty body, lose the head) and you get a kronenbourg, as in the lager. Do you get Kronenbourg in the US? Anyway a Kronenbourg is someone who looks good from the back then when they turn around you realise they are much older, I.E. a 1664

A few. Of course the term Butter Face refers to the idea that "she has a great body, butter face?"

Then there is "yeah - unfortunately she was far sighted" Good from far but when you get up close? Not so much.

Double bagger - a girl so ugly that you either wear a bag over your head as well in case hers falls off or two on hers in case the first one falls off.

Newd - of course said nude - meaning "not even when drunk". You always get your buddy's attention when you tell him there's a newd chick over there.
