Can't think of a team that is in a position to get more value from adding him than the Rams. Can they do it? Sure, they could do it, they have Stafford's contract to play with this year, but what's it going to take to bring him in? Sounds like he wants a multi-year deal.
If he's insists on that? I think it's unlikely the Rams get him.

The difference he would make on this Rams team, as opposed to other teams, is pretty profound. He's truly the "all-in" piece that's out there right now and could help bring the Rams D from mediocre to bad... to at least respectable... instantly.
