I was stoked for this game just to simply see NFL football at any level.
After the midway mark of the 2nd quarter, I lost interest and it became background fodder as I cooked my amazing Italian chicken soup recipe.
Reality hit me again like it does every preseason.
I can only watch a full preseason game when it involves the Rams.
I fall into the same trap every preseason and get myself worked only to fade off with the game on.
When it involves NFL preseason without the Rams on the field, I have the same annual diagnoses.
