I would have Martz on it....of course he would also be on my Mt. Rushmore for coaches/FO people in Rams history.
I would not put Dahl on it. He is a guy who doesn't quite have enough, but, he tries, he is a high effort guy.
A guy like L Phillips is much closer for me. A guy with talent who couldn't be bothered enough to really try.

Mount Douchemore-
Az Hakim- all he has to do is fair catch the damn ball and KW woulda won us the game
Tom Brady- has 80 yards passing prior to that last drive which was all screen passes and botched clock operations by the refs.
Spags- Quits on the team by punting it away to the Giants and telling his team, hey you guys suck and can't make a first down so let's just go home
Sam Bradford's Knee- just $")@ you!! We'll never know what we'll never know all because of you!!

Ok so I'm bored to tears waiting for training camp reports. Let's hear it, who's your Mount Douchemore Rams lineup? This one should be a lot easier than the Rushmore discussions:

Darryl Henley - Some of you might not remember this dumb@$$, but as if those years were not bad enough the dude got busted for trafficking cocaine along with his cheerleader mule. Has to factor prominently on it, no way around it.

Lawrence Phillips - I still get irritated when friends or people I talk football with at the bar insinuate that Vermiel drafted this guy and always feel the need to set them straight... I never learn. But what an enormous waste of talent, either way, to see how he's thrown his life away.

Tony Banks - Some will criticize me on this, but I feel it's warranted. The guy who had some talent but never really gave enough of a F to do the work. The guy who brought his dog to camp and who actually named it Felony. The guy who teased with an occasional good game just to torture us.

Leonard Little - Killed a woman while under the influence, drama with the police reportedly a few years later, then another DUI that he got out of on a technicality (failed three sobriety tests at scene). Fans loved him, but he makes my top 4.

Replace Banks with Claude Terrell. Got kicked off the team for beating his girlfriend half to death. Later kidnapped and raped a woman after his NFL career was done.
