As @DR RAM said, it's relevant and we get the opportunity to see the evolution in our thinking. That's a good thing.

I don't think Jones is released, because he has guard versatility as well, but I'm not so sure he's winning the job now.

Apparently, so does Rhaney who is lining up with the 1st team at guard now in place of Saffold. If he shows well in a game.......

True. I'd still rather keep 10 linemen instead of 9 if possible, all 3 players can be valuable for us. Not sure how I'd work that out though. Tough to keep 53 without cutting someone good.
