It's been reported multiple times by different people that a number of NFL teams were telling him they were considering him as a 3rd round prospect prior to taking the NIL deam after his team reached out to them. Maybe timing's different or that's not fully accurate.
Will be fascinating to see where he goes.
I heard those rumors but its meaningless in December, he had a month and a half to decide whether or not to go pro. He went for the bag instead. We saw first hand how weak the QB draft ended up being, he could have been a 1st round pick, and a high one at that had he scored well at the combine/pro day

And there it is folks. People were just not taking into account how much the NFL wants to pulverize this kind of off field conduct. Very narrow lane for this kid to have a successful future in the NFL.

Sorsby is not an NFL player, is not bound by the CBA, has no membership in the NFLPA, and his counsel will appeal to them? Oh, that is funny! I bet Goodellbot had a good laugh at this tweet.

Odds that his attorney will get the NFLPA to accept his case and push for a supplemental draft are currently at 9:1. Apparently, Sorsby has put 10k down on that.
