Snead and Mcvay just don't appreciate the need for a good OL.
The big issue is also that McVay should at least have a plan B in case the line gets caved in. He should be able to adjust with screens and quick slants to get the ball out quicker. This 7 step drop back when the front can't hold their blocks for more than 1.5 seconds is a killer. Maybe he thinks Stafford is too stupid and will be fooled into an INT...who knows..but I do think McVay needs a real coach as the OC and not some waterboy that just sits in meetings with him all year.
