I wont re-hash all the game stuff as yall already have done that quite well.

I fricking hate losing man just hate it. But I am SOOO proud to be Rams fan. I met wonderful Rams fans from far and wide, from Oxnard to Buffalo, Orange County to Richmond VA, St. Louis to Canada. Every Rams fan I met was super great and we had a great time sharing a cold beverage to rooting on our squad. Torry Holt is aweome, Im not lying when we chatted for at least 10-15 minutes in the RDU and Detroit aiport. A gream RAMBASSADOR.

We may not be the "bills mafia" or the "terrible towels" but we have a strong loyal and growing fanbase; one that I am damn proud to be a part of.

Hope I dont offend anyone but why anyone would want to live in Detroit or visit there is beyond me. Gray, Cold and miserable. Now there were some cool Lions fans that I met but if anyone doesn't see why our stadium gets filled with opposing fans, I don't know what ta tell ya. Ford Field bland as it comes. Maybe in September its better I dunno. Wouldnt mind seeing the Dodgers at Comerica and then the Rams @ Lions on a nice weekend....

Lions fans celebrating this like they won the SB reminds me of the SD fans having a street parade when they beat St. Louis Cardinals in the Wild Card. Cute and all but we celebrate Championships. Think about this, the Lions had ONE home playoff game in 30 years. We have played in 4 Supers Bowls (won 2) in the past 24 years. Yeah it aint no comparison who the better franchise is. So celebrate it I guess, they aint winning a SB with Goff. And some fans were just complete A holes. I get we all want our squad to win, but man this aint life or death, no one is dying, no one is losing their jobs (well maybe Maher...). I go to games to have fun, support the squad, but some fans are over the top, and I met some Lions fans that surely were.....I know every fan base has theirs but they seemed worse.

Final Thought, Matt Stafford is a true treasure. He outplayed Goff is every facet of the game. There was a reason we traded for 9, he won us a SB and will win us another!

Thanks for another year, I'm appreciative of the board, the folks who run it and keep it goin, Rams fans far and wide and for THIS TEAM. We got a team we can all rally around and Im DAMN proud.

I probably wont watch another NFL game until September, Im not an NFL diehard IM a Rams diehard. Sellassie was right too....we got jobbed.

As the late great Vinny Scully once said.

"May God give you, for every storm, a rainbow; for every tear, a smile; for every care, a promise; and a blessing in each trial. For every problem life seems, a faithful friend to share; for every sigh, a sweet song, and an answer for each prayer

But you know what — there will be a new day, and eventually a new year. And when the upcoming SUMMER gives way to FALL, rest assured it will be time for RAMS FOOTBALL."

Enjoy the offseason. Spring trainings right around the corner for us Dodgers fans and we are in for a GREAT ride.

See you all in September.

I took the family there in 2016 and saw a really good back and forth game. I think we lost 31-28. Stafford and Keenum went back and forth the whole game till the end. Never thought Stafford would end up in horns. Pretty nice stadium, and the fans weren’t too
bad. I think CGI and a few others from this forum were there.

Well Goff did get 3 redzone TDs and Stafford none but other than that Stafford was awesome.

Glad you made it outta that place in one piece Brudda... and big ups to you for busting into that shithole and supporting/representing our Rams!

The Football Gods took notes on that whole debacle. They make sure all debts are paid... and I'm not ashamed to say that I will take extreme joy in watching those asshats make those payments.

I am a Goff fan and always will be unless he is playing my Rams, but there was absolutely no comparison in QB play out there Sunday. Goff played very well. Stafford played at an elite level....a level very few players have ever reached in fact. He was THAT good.

@Rams8821 excellent post!! We are all glad you made it out of there in one piece, haha. The Torry Holt story is just awesome, btw. I would love to meet that dude....

I'm really interested in some of Torry's insights and his feelings about the HOF. I wonder if you could share. Also, when at games, you get to see sideline and between play interactions we miss. Anything memorable there?

We didn't really get into that (HoF). More chatter about Clemson and NC State and that Super Bowl win in Atlanta.

He did say he LOVES this current team and feels the team will be a force for years to come. Loves Puka. Also discussed his guest appearance on D'Marco Farrs show (if you havent seen that, its a must). He was there with his brother, I think they stayed at Dre Bly's house.

I didn't have great seats for this one, second level, so I didn't get a great view of the Rams sideline. But what I did see pregame is they were really hyped up and ready to go. The offence certainly was, the D not so much. It was loud, but to be honest not everyone was even standing in my section....

Jared got one pass TD. The other were runs. So I'll give it 1 to 0 in favor of Goff.

The job of the qb is to get the ball in the endzone. Doesn't matter how it gets there. Just get it in there. Goff was 3 of 3, Stafford was 0 of 3. We can blame McVay's crappy play calling inside the redzone all we want but ultimately it comes down to the qb making the plays.

So many people in here down playing what goff just achieved. This loser team hasn't won a playoff game for over 30 years. Stafford was there for over a decade and couldn't get it done. Now that goff has gone in there and done it people are talking about style points? Funny.

No one is talking about style points it’s just blatantly obvious which one is the better QB and which one has more on their plate. It’s not particularly close.

Nobody gives a fuck except people in here. Goff got it done and Stafford, for all his great throws under pressure, couldn't get it done when crunch time came along.
