Another loss by the cards puts the Rams that much closer to winning the division but is there much difference between the wildcard and winning the west if you don’t get the bye. Plus, it’s the friggen Cowboys who are SO annoying, especially when something good happens to them.
Of course if the cards and rams win rams are still in first and we’re spared Daks smug ass grinning like he won the lotto.

Hmmm, let’s see…Watching Skip Bayless talk shyte the day after his ‘Boys beat a loser team or watching him cry like a biatch when they lose?
Oh shyte, that’s comedy gold. I’m here for it!

Yeah but if Boys lose and Rams beat Balt, Rams would move up from 3 seed to 2 seed.

But if Cards lose, Rams could clinch the West.

An argument could be made for rooting against either team. But I'm inclined to root for Cards to beat Boys so Rams can move up to #2 seed.

Wow, Rams seemed destined for the 5 seed a couple weeks ago, now the 2 or 3 seed is quite possible. Main thing of course is still for Rams to keep on winning

Give me the 2 seed and the chance at a home NFCC game if someone else can knock off the Packers. No debate really.

We just need to win. We could still finish the 5th seed with a loss. The Cowboys have to play the Eagles too so one loss for them is good. At least a 3 seed should Keep us from going to GB before NFC Championship game.

I don't really care tbh. Rams seem able to win on the road. Also home games are nice but they seem more focused sometimes as an away team.

So I'm good just knowing they are in. These are gonna be rough matchups with explosive offenses and some stout defenses and the Rams have played everyone but Dallas it feels like.

Btw I like McVay in the rematch type games. Other than SF he has shown an ability to bounce back when he gets exposure to a team. So really the Cowboys may be the most dangerous matchup.

I want that #2 seed, if we can get it.

That means…. we need to win out.

If the Cards win out, and we win out, we still get #2… so long as Cowboys lose to either Cards or Eagles.

So, now oddly, a Cards win here makes sense for us, and we don’t have to bank on Eagles week 18.

All of this makes sense… so long as we win out.

The good thing is we will know what result favors us best by the time this game starts since we are now playing at 10 AM.

I really really want that 2 seed. As someone else mentioned, we won’t face Green Bay until NFC championship and if someone else knocks them out before we will host the NFC championship.

Just depends on if the Rams win on Sunday.
This.

It's the nice thing about having our game moved to the earlier timeslot. When we know that the Rams have won, we can vote for the Cards.

I think its Dallas for me either way.

1) Rams win and we win the division
2) Rams lose, still in drivers seat for the division with 1 to go.

I think the Eagles will beat Dallas in the last game too.

I'm going to have to reluctantly root for the Curds here. I want that #2 seed badly. IF someone can possibly knock out GB, we would never have to leave our stadium, even for the Superbowl. Thats what I'm talking about.

Also, the Cowgirls have been the hottest team arguably in the league as of late. Their offense is clicking now and their D is getting to be very dangerous. For the Rams, outside of the whiners (maybe not now if they have to go forward with a inexperienced rookie at QB) the Cowgirls might be the toughest match up. I fully believe we can take out GB if it comes down to it. What didn't they do in the first game against them? Stick Ramsey to Adams like glue and bash Michel into their faces.

I can never root for the Cowboys. I will watch the game with equal distance for both. No rooting. Well maybe rooting for many nagging injuries to occur to both teams. You know, ribs, muscle pulls, ankles. Nothing season ending.

I tell you the eagles are the team I don't want to see in the playoffs. Best line in the league.

I dont disagree at all. Their run game is solid.

Cowboys up 35-7 with 0:02. Victory formation. Cowboys inexplicably leave starting offense in. On kneel down, all 11 players suffer injuries... out for rest of year.

Too harsh?

I believe Morris will put The Rams in the best situation against any team.
Hollins will be the player who needs to step up a ling with Howard.
I don’t see how The Rams can get that #2 spot over GB. Dallas needs to loss.

GB is destine for #1 so it wouldn’t be over them it would be over the Cowboys.

Eggles lost Stanley so might be a little less potent, I don’t think they can beat Dallas.

Who have the Cowboys played? Bucs first game of the year, might as well have been a preseason game, teams are nothing like they started.

Giants, WTF and soon Eagles twice. Cards might be their toughest game all year.

We want the highest seed we can get - period. Our race is against the Cowboys, Packers, cardinals, Bucs - anyone who is a threat to our playoff seeding.

Best case is a tie, I guess. Absent that - go Cards!
