I'm wondering if the guarantees impact the willingness to an accept an offer at all. Guessing that is just for the cap hit calculations.

I personally would take 9.25 million / year 100% guaranteed over 10 million / year 40% guaranteed.

No. These simulators are pretty bad. They're fun to play with though. Especially when @Alan is running the ROD community mock and there's nothing to do for 3 months.
