Let's be frank about it...Burrow has been impressive. He has impressed me with his play and composure.

That said, the media will play this game up and hunt for stories and angles to bring a big audience.

The Bengals are the darlings because they were the underdogs
and for the way they took KC down.

The Rams are the better team though. As long as they don't turn it over I'm seeing it like Rams 30 Bengals 21.

He really is Joe Cool. The guy has that Montana element, that sense of calm. He's something.

But he's just a QB. All QBs can be beaten by removing early reads and pressuring them. Some can take more. Some are more resilient. But over 60 minutes if you do those thing that QB tends to be on the losing side.

Also and btw... The AFC QBs are getting talked up and rightly so but those AFC defenses weren't all that this year. NFC is a different deal, more balance and better defenses. When you consider that the Rams probably have another 2 wins playing in the Bengals division as well as the fact the Rams sent two tough playoff-tested defenses home in Tampa and SF this game should be a breeze. Should be. But that's why they play the games.

Why are the imedia all over the Bengals nuts like a Tijuana hooker? The only thing I can think of, is that they really think the Rams will blow out the Bengals, but want to drive up the viewership with fake drama? I literally clicked on five segments from different shows and that was the formula of they followed….

I've noticed that too. People like underdogs. Cinderellas. None of it matters in 6 days.

I keep remembering that famous NFL Quote “ANY GIVEN SUNDAY”! I honestly think the Rams are the better team just like I thought they were the better team when they lost to Tom Brady and the Patriots in February 2002!!! I was listening to the radio and they were talking about the Bengals having more flash and swag, they were searching for easy stories like Brady or Mahomes provide. Stafford is pretty vanilla and he’s been around long enough to know the value of talking and saying nothing. Kupp is only interesting if you’re a football geek, so OBJ is really the only source of content for LA.
The SB is an event, it’s more than a game to all but 2 fan bases so I get the need to look for personalities, that’s one thing we can take from the Patriots though, nobody says nothin about nothin.

I rewatched the Packer/Niner game yesterday and after the game, on his way into the tunnel, Deebo was taunting Packer fans and rubbing it in their faces. I"m SO elated that jerk never got the chance to do that in Sofi, and instead cried like a baby on the bench.

If the Rams can get a good lead early the Bungles will not be able to handle the youthful pressure. Coming from behind will just be too much against this defense that looks like our line will dismantle theirs.
