Moreover, the Rams own two mid 2nd round and two 3rd rounders in a particularly deep and talented draft.

As if that weren’t exciting enough, the possibilities of Snead trading down and adding 1-2 more juicy picks in the top 100 are Excellent.

I will say looking at mocks and big boards, you see players listed on some mocks at 50 that on others they are still available in the 80's.

Each draft has levels... Don't look at it as each round having diff values.

Daniel Jeremiah recently said something to the affect that you can get the same quality player at 60 that you can get at 25.

You may only have 15 legit first rounders in a given draft with maybe 5 blue chips, then picks 16-40 might be very similar. Then the next level might be from 41-90 where you get the same type player.

This draft seems to have a level where there is not a big diff between 50-100. A lot of value to be had in that range. So if you can add 2 more picks that top 100, that could be 2 more quality players, playing on cheap deals. Not to mention just two more chances to hit on a Cooper Kupp or John Johnson.

One player doesn't make it a homerun draft. Through the years you can find championship caliber teams linked to one special draft , where they land 3-5 impact starters.

that's what I want to see in this draft, but if the Rams at least come away with a good Center and decent ilb to go with Ramsey, then I'll consider it a success.

It’s quite funny though my brother is long time dolphins fan but never really has much interest in the draft as a spectacle and would generally ask me about the players they eventually drafted ... this year we plan on staying up and watching it .. and he hasn’t stopped asking about draft strategy who is who in the draft he is actually excited for it because they have three 1sts ... it’s kinda fun seeing his excitement for it

That 2020 1st rd. draft pick Jalen Ramsey salary contract of near $14 million for his first full season as a Ram is rough to digest. The NFL needs to make it mandatory that all 1st rd picks have to sign up for 4 yrs.
