The Detroit secondary reminds me of the Patriots when they beat the GSOT…being super physical and daring the refs to throw flags
Same thing they did to us last year in the playoffs. If the refs call the obvious pass interference they committed against Nacua late, we kick the FG and win.

I think Gibbs is the leagues best back. I’d give him the nod over Saquon because of how good he is in the passing game, which is a real weakness for Barkley.

key to beating Minnesota is getting to Darnold. If he’s got 7 seconds to read and work thru his progressions, we will be in a shootout. But if we can get to him, he will play like NYJ-Carolina Sam Darnold
And not wearing blueberries.

He's a very poor mans Marshall in terms of his ability ad a rb and a receiever I think... wish he was a Ram.

Shut down Jefferson and they lose
I love that bitch ass look he gets on his face when his team comes up short. I'd love to revel in that for a full week so here's hoping we double him.

Here is another trick…obviously coached…most of Detroits defensive secondary penalties are 5 yard holding penalties..yes they give up a first down, but they stay away from the spot fouls, which are usually a longer penalty.

The Lions play calling both offense and defense is fearless and smart as hell. That defense is devastated with injuries and it stuffed one the the top scoring offenses in the league.
I hope Detroit looses both coordinators this off season.

Yes, they rely on the fact that the refs don't want to call penalties. This is classic Billicheat and Pete the cheat tactics. This type of D wares the refs out and 95% of the time get away with it. This is also why I am tired of the rams penchant for small CBs They can't pull that shit off and always get called for a penalty.

A really good measuring stick on how good your QB is…..how often does the other team bring a zero blitz? The more often they bring it, the less they think of your QB. The Lions have brought the house 20 times tonight vs Darnold and he hasn’t had an answer.
