Washington was bad for a long time, with a horrible owner.
Team gets a new owner and is really good ... really fast ... with a Great Young Talent at QB.
Then the wheels come-off, in large part because the QB suffers multiple injuries in a short amount of time.
Oh ... and all that happens in less than two years.
