Man!!! I thought the Rams would really be up for this. For sure now the only way in is to win the division!
Actually, we're one game back in the loss column behind Washington and our division. We're likely too far behind the Packers and Vikings. So there is a path to the wild card also. We just have to win the 5 games we're capable of winning. Tonight was never winnable. Buffalo is not winnable. The rest are.

Watch he’s going to be a 600/700 yard receiver somewhere else next year on of these reporters need to ask why he don’t play
Oh I've saying that for awhile now. You just watch him end up in KC and 'ol Andy drawing up some plays for him. He's gonna show all of us (and especially McVay) why he should have been on the field and being more than a 4th or 5th option.

Tutu can ball.....and with Mahomes winging him the rock I fully expect to see him on some highlight shows next year.

Tutu could easily be a 1000 yard receiver.

Where are the Rams? Rebuild or retool?

Clearly the offensive line needs work...again.

Cornerback is a major issue.

More receiver help.

Good young defensive line.

No real explosive player on offense.

Aging QB.

I'm just not sure where they go from here. The free agent signings were a disaster.
Unless another team makes a great offer for Stafford, I'd retool while looking for a QB of the future. If we get an amazing offer for Stafford, trade him, rebuild, and find your next guy.

Tutu isn't on the field more because he isn't able to block in the way we need. McVay wants to disguise what he's doing offensively and values flexibility. If we bring Tutu on when we're passing, we tip our hand. If we bring him on when we're running, we are more limited in the sort of rushing plays and formations we can use.

Maybe, except for the fact that Robinson and Johnson are both terrible blockers.

McVay needs to change his philosophy. He couldn't have possibly drafted Tutu, and expected him to be a plus blocker.

WR screens? Jet sweeps? One or two deep shots a game?

Tired of the excuses. Tutu needs to be on the field. He's always productive when he is.

That's all well and good but then why did the Rams draft him? They could easily see he wasn't a fit for McVay's 11 personnel offense.
I mean his lack of blocking skills was evident to anyone who looked. What did they expect for a 160 lb WR?

No, they're not. McVay's philosophy is what it is. He drafted Tutu for whatever reason, and Tutu hasn't become whatever he thought he was getting. We're not sitting Kupp or Nacua. And Robinson is effective as the #3 WR when those guys are out there. Should he play over Tyler Johnson? There's certainly an argument he should. I don't know why McVay prefers Tyler Johnson.

There is ZERO reason why Robinson and Atwell shouldn't be splitting snaps.

The current philosophy is not working.

You'd have to ask McVay. It might as simple as the offense he envisioned in 2021 isn't the one he ended up running. Or Tutu isn't the player he thought he was getting.

blocking would be my guess.

WR is not our problem though.

Our O-line has been much worse this year and our defense is missing a few pieces.

On passing downs, maybe. But Tutu isn't going to solve what truly ails this offense.

Then why did he draft him I know he didn’t think he was going to be a great blocker at that size …. This offense needs more juice

I think Stafford is playing well enough where he’s going to put pressure on the organization to make a move unless they intend to improve the roster. I don’t think he’s interested in playing placeholder for a 7-9 win team until they find their next guy and he retires. I think he thinks he’s got 2-3 years tops after this and he’s not gonna want to waste it on a “wild card at best” team.

And candidly I think McVay feels the same way. And I think if one of them is gone there is really good chance the other is too.

Then why does he lie and say he does what we ask and he even mentions him as a blocker but I think the reason he don’t play is because his best position is when he’s in kupp role ….

Kupp and D Rob are both number 3s right now
eh I agree Kupp has lost some juice...

However, in Kupp's last 4 games (pretty much mostly since back from injury) he has averaged 8 rec for 87 yards and 3 TDS.

For a full season that would be 136 rec for 1479 yards and about 13 TD.

That's not a number 3 receiver.

Alaric Jackson and Havenstein both need to be replaced by better talent but especially Alaric. He’s mediocre at best. I think we are ok at guard and C hopefully Limmer can ascend. Trade a future first to trade up for a franchise LT for the final 2 years of Staffords career if we have to. I wish we could have grabbed Alt last year. We need more speed and size at the skill positions to add to Puka, Kyren and Corum. Trading Kupp for a pick will be tough but he might be on his last productive legs. We need a number 1 CB on D and a better D-Coordinator. Hello Saleh
