Both teams looked flawed. Seahawks were 10-2 and finished 11-5 with two straight losses and their only win in the last month was a nail biter against a Carolina team that hadn’t won a game since November 3rd and finished the season with 8 straight losses but they took the Niners to the wire?? Neither of these teams are going anywhere in the playoffs. Pretenders!

Crazy how the years the past couple years the Rams as NFC West champs were the 3 and 4 seeds, playing on wild card weekend, then this year SF gets the #1 seed.

Oh well, it will be funny when they lose in a couple weeks.

I hate that the 9ers won, but I love that they ripped the heart out of the Seahawks like they did to us a week ago... losing...at home... on the 1 inch line... as time expires...

I don’t think the 49ers are this wrecking ball of a team everyone tries to make them out to be. They’ve definitely caught some luck and calls have gone their way. I doubt they make it to the Super Bowl and I’ll enjoy watching them get bounced.

I know they had some injuries, but I also think that teams started to figure them out once they got some time to review tape on their defense. Early in the season that D was much tougher.

The amount of crying in the saints forum is hilarious.

So if GZ hits that FG we’re 10-6 and finish ahead of the hags ... they have won too many close games to be considered a realistic chance to make the SB. The whiners on the other hand are a big chance to make it. I hate all the NFC teams left except for the Vikings but I can’t see them making it so I’ll be rooting for them and anyone but the Cheatriots from the AFC ... go Titans & go Vikings next week !!

Don't like either team winning but at least ole Petey's team looked dumb as fuck losing that game with a delay of game. Morons.

That was moronic. They also had two timeouts just a few plays earlier. Somehow those timeouts disappeared. Bad time management. When Wussel stepped up and spiked the ball at the one yard line he should have been able to not waste the play and run a quick sneak.

Imagine- spiking the ball at the one yard line! Then getting a delay of game kicking it back to the six! Then the non-PI call! (Sure glad league rules fixed that little problem!) then getting tackled at the goal line.

We are better than both these teams. We just couldn't get out of our own way this year. That sucks
